Fiserv's Technology Analyst Program is an early career development program where candidates experience two one-year assignments in a core functional technology role. Each assignment builds upon the other and together will provide a breadth of experience in the business world and unique to you! As part of Technology Analyst Program, you will have the opportunity to participate in complicated projects that can have significant outcomes in the business while strengthening the skills fundamental to lead in the FinTech industry. Training curriculum, mentoring, on the job learning, and exposure to senior leadership will be offered in these entry-level opportunities to advance within our company upon completing the two-year program. Summary of Department:

Card Services Digital/Data team provides data analytics to both internal and external end-users. We process and consume Fiserv's entire transactional data into our database, which is utilized by our Card Expert Application.

Job Description:

As a Program Analyst on our team you will gain a sound understanding of BI best practices/methodologies, relational structures, dimensional data modeling (OLAP, OLTP, etc.), scale, structured query language (SQL) skills, query performance tuning, data warehouse and reporting techniques (including ETL techniques). You will use and develop strong analytical skills to solve and model sophisticated business requirements. You will be part of a team that is creative, responsive and adaptive in a dynamic environment.

Basic Qualifications:

The following skills will be needed for this position in the data environment: Microsoft Suite, Analytics, SQL, Tableau, and SAP
