About the team

FIS is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our small team of professionals to support one of our elite banking clients. Through communication with clients and third parties, you will research and resolve loan and deposit-related questions and concerns. You will be responsible for processing returned items and researching encoding errors while ensuring compliance and following department procedures at all times.

What you will be doing

You will be communicating with our clients and third parties through multiple channels (phone, email and workflow tools) to process payments and payment exceptions. You will complete account updates and maintenance to meet daily production standards. You will perform various deposit processing tasks that will include, but are not limited to, disbursing funds, placing holds/stops and conducting large-dollar signature verifications.

* Handle clients correspondence (incoming, returned mail) and complete account maintenance
* Ensures loan applications comply with governmental regulations and requirements by reviewing complex legal documents and regulatory requirements
* Performs quality control on new and existing loans using internal reports and loan documentation to verify data input is correct
* Demonstrate a high level of proficiency with FIS and third-party applications based on loan or deposit operations responsibilities

* Previous loan, deposit, banking/financial experience
* Strong data-entry and computer skills
