We are currently seeking a Senior Chemist to join our Ink Development team in Wood Dale IL.

Your responsibilities of a Sr Chemist include:

* Develop innovative ink jet inks to drive growth.
* Contribute significantly to formulation design ideas.
* Participates in defining technical approaches, and in planning and scheduling work.
* Contribute to the identification and resolution of key project risks.
* Produce project related documentation and review to ensure accuracy.
* Provide technical leadership to colleagues with less experience.
* Ensure that assigned phase of a project is successfully completed on time.

What do you need?

* B.S. degree in chemistry, material science, ink/ coating / adhesive science, or closely related field.
* An advanced technical degree is preferred.
* 5+ years of hands-on industrial experience in inks, coatings, adhesives or other chemical formulations.
* Proven ability to work with complex machines and/ or industrial equipment.
* Understanding of ink jet printers and their interactions with inks is highly preferred.
* Previously demonstrated success in product development and innovation.
