Our Global Patient Operations team is uniquely positioned to orchestrate the patients cell therapy treatment journey from beginning to end. Role Description:

The primary focus of this role will be supervising a growing team of Business Systems Analysts and Product Owners who are responsible for planning, prioritizing, and partnering with our IT counterparts to deliver product enhancements to the systems that are used to schedule our autologous cellular immunotherapy products.

This individual will have both tactical and strategic responsibilities and will need to be willing to roll up their sleeves to achieve objectives.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

* Provide leadership and build an exceptional team to deliver future capabilities through our application release cycles
* Support hiring, training, coaching, and onboarding activities to further build out the team
* Remove roadblocks for the team and ensure priorities and responsibilities are clear
* Collaborate with key stakeholders from manufacturing, supply chain, quality, commercial, clinical operations, third-party logistics partners and external manufacturers to ensure their needs are met through the systems owned by Patient Operations
* Participate in strategic conversations about the development, implementation, and roll out of enhancements to patient scheduling systems to support clinical and commercial patient scheduling
* Negotiate release windows for new busines capabilities in alignment with the product roadmap
* Collaborate with other leaders across the organization and assist in the continuous improvement of the patient scheduling systems
* Manage activities and project milestones to implement changes and improvements
* Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and to develop and maintain strong business partner relationships
* Proven ability to carry out difficult decisions in a logical, rational manner, and demonstrated ability to work as a senior management team member and to engage and influence team members

Skill and Knowledge Requirements:

* Must be skilled in planning and organizing, conflict management, decision-making, building relationships, innovation management, and resource allocation
* Experience working in a regulated environment (cGMP/FDA)
* Experience working on large software deployment projects preferred
* Experience working with Agile framework
* Experience managing a minimum of 5 direct reports
* Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills
* Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Highly self-motivated individual, with demonstrated ability to work independently
* Flexibility in responding to change or business needs
* Exceptional customer service orientation
* Ability to accommodate non-traditional work schedules

Education Requirements:

Bachelors degree with 7+ years of relevant experience in a pharma/biotech or health services environment, with 2+ years of team leadership.
