Position Summary:
To provide direct care to residents under the medical direction and supervision of the resident's health care provider, the ECC/Nursing Supervisor or the Director of the facility. Assist in modifying the treatment regimen to meet the physical and psychosocial needs of the resident, in accordance with established medical practices and the requirements of this state the policies and goals of this facility.
Administers nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse. Participates in the implementation and evaluation of patient care. Ensures the health, comfort and safety of patients. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a registered nurse or supervisor. Requires a high school diploma and certification as a licensed practical nurse. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

Minimum: 8+
Licensure/Certification/Education (Required):
* American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
* Current/Active Florida Licensed Practical Nurse License (LPN)
* AHCA Level II Fingerprinting Background Screening
* Education: Technical School/2 Years College/Associates Degree
* Valid Driver's License
