General Management Consultant

The Challenge:

Whether standing up a new organization, transforming an existing one, or transitioning an organization, including merger and split-up, our clients need a consultant who will take the time to learn the complexities of their mission and provide them with tangible advice on improvement, mission success, and standard methodologies. Thats why we need you, a management consultant who can learn how to analyze every aspect of your customers operations and give them the roadmap to becoming the organization they envision.

As a general management consultant on our team, youll gain the ability to build an overall picture of your clients current structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before. Youll learn to use discussions and workshops with leadership and analysts to help identify and innovate the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement. Once you have a solid understanding of where and how the organization can improve, youll review the path forward and the expected results - to your business leadership and client. You Have:

-Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

-Ability to meet deadlines, adhere to project plans, ensure any conflicts are brought to the attention of the management team, and multi-task and work on several projects simultaneously

-Ability to interact and network effectively with all levels of staff, including senior leadership, both internal and on the client site

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

-Experience with Microsoft Project and Visio Professional applications

-Experience with working in a professional or internship environment

-Experience in working with managing projects

-Experience with operations centers, mission analysis, requirements analysis, gap analysis, strategic planning, roadmap development, training, policies, processes and procedures, business process reengineering, organizational development, strategic communications, risk management, or Lean Six Sigma

-Knowledge of project management processes and best practices

-TS/SCI clearance

-MA or MS degree

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
