Change Management Specialist, Senior

This position will allow you to work with a clients organization to help solve challenges and build better business processes. As a member of our project team, youll conduct research and data analysis for consulting projects as we build organizational and process solutions. Like to see plans in action? Youll build a trusted relationship with your client as your team identifies and anticipates their needs and proposes solutions. You Have:

* 7+ years of experience with designing and deploying change management strategies in a professional work environment
* Experience with building and maintaining relationships in private or federal consulting environments
* Experience in applying change management models to anchor organizational change with use of the change management lifecycle
* Experience with applying quantitative data and analysis to inform and improve the effectiveness of internal organizational systems, processes, workforces, or structures
* Ability to work autonomously and proactively and take initiative to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to apply analytical and data management expertise to client deliverables
* Ability to obtain a security clearance
* BA or BS degree
* Change Management, Program Management, or Process Improvement Certifications, including LaMarsh, PROSCI, or CMAP

Nice if You Have:

* Experience in the healthcare sector
* Experience in facilitating in-person and virtual meetings with clients
* Knowledge of the military health industry
* Ability to support business development initiatives and participate in marketing activities, including whitepapers, proposals, and capability briefings
* Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Possession of excellent leadership and critical thinking skills
* MA or MS degree, such as MBA, MHA, or MPP preferred
