DESCRIPTION

Ring is looking for a results-oriented Business Analyst to support Ring’s Offline Retail business. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, who is comfortable with data sets, has a sharp eye for details, and has the ability to work in an ever-changing environment. You must demonstrate a metrics driven approach to track business actions, resulting improvements and have strong facilitation skills.

In this role you must be able to build relationships across various internal teams and external teams, clearly communicate expectations, understand each retailer’s unique processes and deliver results. This role will focus on managing retailer on-boarding initiatives, monitoring programs and allowances, and funding claim validation while identifying opportunities for process improvement.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Operations, or related field.
· 2+ years of relevant work experience in retail, business analysis, project/program management and/or sales operations in a customer service environment.
· 1+ years of experience designing and developing custom reporting and dashboards. Reports and dashboards will support Ring Sales Operations, Finance, and Accounting Teams.
· 1+ years of experience preparing analysis and supporting schedules for planning and accrual purposes.
· 1+ years of experience in using reporting and analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s Degree or MBA in a related discipline.
· Experience using Oracle or other ERP systems.
· Proven data analysis and reporting experience with attention to detail.
· Experience with data integrity and diligently troubleshooting issues.
· Outstanding speaking, writing, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to motivate others.
· Experience in program administration skills – this includes organization, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, time management, and delivering results.
