DESCRIPTION

To this end, we are we are partnering with product team and provide recommendations, so they can build a range of products that help advertisers of all sizes connect with customers from discovery to purchase and enhance the customer experience with Amazon. We launched our first advertising program in 2006, and since then have built a global portfolio of advertising solutions on Amazon owned sites, mobile web and apps, Fire tablet and TV, out of home, and on thousands of external publishers on desktop and mobile through programmatic advertising.
We are looking for a strong talent to lead the product marketing and program management team. In this role, you will be working with high-performing program managers, dive deep into product performance, and be a strong communicator, with the ability to communicate concisely and effectively with multiple stakeholders to provide meaningful insight.
Key Responsibilities:
· Partner with product team and make recommendations, to improve product adoption, retention, revenue.
· Build strong relationships with senior leaders on internal stakeholder teams including Marketing, Education, Ad Sales, Consumer Partners.
· Make recommendations on and continuously improve on our marketing activities, including channel communications, training, and other programs. Create effective mechanisms to track key inputs to the business and report closely on their progress.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· 10+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
· 5+ years of experience directly managing others
· Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
· Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
· Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
· Experience directly managing teams
· Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Demonstrated capacity to thrive in a fast paced workplace and deal with ongoing change and ambiguity.
· MBA or equivalent preferred.
· Proven track record continues improvement on programs. 10+ years of work experience. Ideally in program management, management consulting, eCommerce.
· Passion for metrics and quantitative analysis (SQL preferred), ability to turn analysis into insights, ideas, and action
· Excellent executive-level written and oral story-telling abilities in English required.
