Devices & Services Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) team is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to be a part of our Workforce Planning Team. As a Senior Workforce Planner, you will leverage your strong analytical skills, project management foundations, and key forecasting insights in order to deliver accurate demand strategy and analysis.
In this role, you will seek to understand strategic business objectives for Devices & Services which will feed into building accurate demand forecasts and recruiter resourcing decisions. Your work has a direct link to the organization's growth and transformation over time and plays a key role in growing the overall business.
Responsibilities include:
· Build and implement capacity planning processes across Devices GTA that will allow the organization to scale in response to changes in business demand
· Effectively allocate headcount resources between recruiting teams to support regional and/or priority shifts
· Lead projects to define and align cross functional teams to deliver on capacity plan
· Identify/Implement capacity planning and management tools and technology enablers that will improve operating accuracy and efficiency
· Coordinate with central and local Finance teams to maintain and update plans
· Drive the strategic direction of capacity planning (long-term) and workforce management (short-term), staff solutions strategy, and geographic diversification.
· Create best capacity plan and set staffing targets for our business by managing trade-offs between Customer Experience/Service Levels, Employee Experience, Operational Flexibility, and Cost Effectiveness
· Manage the analyses of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of operational performance via Key Performance Indicators
· Key Influencer/Business Owner for capacity planning, and workforce management decision support systems capabilities. Provides input and thought leadership on new tool capabilities and enhancements
· Analyze drivers of significant forecast misses to continuously improve forecasting
· Assess technology needs to support our global workforce management and capacity planning needs
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
· 5+ years of experience delivering cross functional projects
· 5+ years of experience in program or project management
· 5+ years of experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
· Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
· 7+ years professional experience in Program Management

· Highly effective and efficient in ambiguous situations
· Strong organizational and communication skills, problem solving skills, and team-orientated philosophy
· Solid understanding of people metrics with ability to explain the data insights to business partners
· Experience working with and drawing insights from raw data & data visualizations
· Demonstrated analytic and data management capabilities and reporting presentation of complex data
