You Will:
· Lead localization of Twitch assets from launch to release (Product UI elements, Marketing campaigns, Support pages)
· Advise and educate the Product, Engineering, Marketing and Support teams on the localization process while representing the needs of our international users
· Educate engineers and product managers on localization best practices
· Oversee all steps of the translation workflow, and manage localization vendors
· Gather data on the quality and cost of projects
· Keep track of localization issues and prioritize fixing
· Improve the program by continually evolving processes based on feedback and incorporating industry best practices
· You will report to the Head of Localization at Twitch
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
You Have:
· 5+ years of software localization management experience
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Experience working in a global cross-functional team
· Experience managing localization vendors and contractors
· Experience with CAT tools
· Familiarity with Smartling
· Speaking two languages is a plus!
