SBA Loan Analyst - Fintech Startup - 100% Remote

Job Description
Our client, a fast growing Fintech Startup, is looking to onboard a SBA Loan Analyst to support their portfolio of PPP Loans. This is a contract to hire opportunity with a commitment to run through March. It's a great opportunity for someone who wants to be in a client facing capacity and interest in the lending space:
-Work with existing customer base to help them complete their PPP forgiveness applications
-Answer any inbound questions from customers on loan payments including deadlines and clauses within contract.
-Assist with collection of documentation for outstanding loans.
This will be a long-term potentially permanent role should you perform well.
Requirements
-1+ years of experience in financial services as a credit analyst, customer support or Sales Professional
-Experience working with SBA, Commercial or other lending products
-Strong communication skills
