The Consumer Lending team partners with other businesses across Wells Fargo to create and deliver transformational experiences that help customers gain access to credit. The Position
The Home Lending Product Strategy and Delivery is actively searching for qualified candidates to join an exciting delivery team. The Program Manager is a senior level role aligned to a Product Focus Area (PFA) and a group of teams that execute on strategic priorities for Home Lending. The Program Manager is the primary one-point-of-contract with the Product Management Manager and accountable for the successful execution of all prioritized work within a Product Focus Area and/or a large initiative.

Responsibilities will include
* Accountable for execution of the most complex projects of the business that typically include multiple systems and significant diversity in multiple lines of business.
* Successfully inform and influence sponsors and key stakeholders, senior, and executive leadership to promote success of Product Focus Area, frequently through times of ambiguity and significant, long-term obstacle management. Seeks counsel of peers, stakeholders, and/or portfolio delivery leaders in times of strategically complex or critical ambiguity and adapts planning, communications, and engagements.
* Understanding the OKRs aligned to a Product Focus Area and specific problems each Agile team is trying to solve.
* Will need to engage with agile, waterfall, and process only teams to identify and clear delivery impediments, escalate when necessary.
* Engage in Planning Sessions to schedule teams/work for the PFA with responsibilities as agreed upon with Product Management Mangers.
* Must articulate the health of each of the teams, agile metrics, whats working/whats not working, reasons behind the metric results, how that impacts delivery, and what teams are doing to address impediments including coaching plans.
* Ability to understand if teams are operating in a way the will reduce risk and allow us to deliver successfully. Know if key control steps are being skipped, ensure agile ceremonies/scrum events are being followed and help work through challenges and/or escalate as needed. Document evidence of key controls being followed.
* Utilize JIRA to tell the story of our progress. Collaborate with product owners/scrum masters to ensure work is getting into backlogs, work is pointed, and JIRA standards are followed. Fully leverage JIRA Enterprise and JIRA Align to help us manage the progress of work. Manage initiative/epic level plan and ensure work is properly identified to support release implementation activities. In partnership with the SIP, ensure work is structured appropriately in JIRA and data discrepancies are addressed.
* Ensure compliance to controls/policies that are put in place such as the Program and Project Management policies. Partner to ensure compliance with SDLC policies.
* Ability to raise your hand when discrepancies/conflicting guidance is identified or offered.
* Lead resolution of issues and mitigation of risks by pulling the right people together to solve, bring transparency to leaders and stakeholders, drive the issue to resolution, and ensure strong risk mitigation plans.
* Understand and monitor the operating metrics, know the team roadmaps, backlogs, and whats refined/not refined, whats committed, how many epics needed, stories, etc. Ensure consistent use of burn down and burn up charts.
* Produce risk plans and decisions logs. Work across product delivery leads to ensure a quality delivery.
* Provide leadership during release weekend and post-release. Ensure delivery is sound and we have a sound validation plan. Be available during release weekend activities, working with teams as appropriate. Actively monitor production support issues following a release.
* Drive or contribute to execution plans for enterprise driven work.
* Ability to bring visibility and written updates to stakeholders on product progress, delivery impediments and execution risks. Communicate updates for efforts in red or yellow regularly through the proper forum. Follow escalation procedures for communicating high impact issues or risks.
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule:

MN-Minneapolis: Min: $108,500 Mid: $155,000 Max: $201,500
IA-Des Moines: Min: $108,500 Mid: $155,000 Max: $201,500

Required Qualifications
* 10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, project delivery, project methodologies, digital product/program management, strategic planning or implementation
* 3+ years program management experience

Job Expectations
* This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo's compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable background check investigation results. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.
