Key Responsibilities Include:

* Developing and executing design solutions for online applications and websites that are based on user research and user centered design techniques
* Collaborating with IT developers, product owners, project managers to ensure a consistent understanding of platform architecture and product roadmaps
* Leading design projects that influence the strategy and employee experience of our digital properties
* Understanding how to apply and balance user research insights with the design components available within our digital platforms
* Serving as a design advocate for the employee with the ability to forecast and assess industry trends and their impact on the company's product design alternatives.
* Serving as a brand steward and subject matter expert as it relates to Wells Fargos brand strategy, brand architecture and core design principles
* Creating standard design guidelines for HR products and digital properties that are brand compliant and employee centric
* Presenting and defending designs and key milestones to peers, project teams and executive level stakeholders
* Advocating for the employee and educating at all levels on the importance of user centered design

Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: digital customer experience, digital product/program management, digital platforms, or digital consulting demonstrated through work or military experience

Desired Qualifications
* Scrum Master certification
* Experience designing and developing learning for complex technology systems and processes including Agile development methodology environments
* Knowledge and understanding of accessibility methods and standards, ADA Title III, Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), or Section 508 compliance guidelines
* 5+ years of visual design experience
* 5+ years of interaction design experience

Other Desired Qualifications
* Proficient in the use of Axure RP Pro, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
* Knowledge of the user-centered design process, including how to conduct rapid prototype design solutions as well as create vivid conceptual design mockups
* BA/BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Graphic Design, Visual Design, or Information Sciences
* Masters Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors
* Creative, strategic thinker and can implement cohesive and inclusive designs
* Ability to properly explore and direct design solutions within the confines of a custom or out of box toolset to best meet the needs of our employees
