Job Description

Position Summary:

The Senior Manager role, will lead the Division level core financial processes and reporting for Covid-19 response management office (COMO) and BPD initiatives in order to drive forward the growth and profitability of the business. Develop strategic partnership with commercial, legal and accounting to leadership decisions-making process.

Responsibilities:

* Develop robust and scalable short- and long-term financial COMO process for the Division, ensuring alignment across business units and functions
* Drive and manage the monthly reporting and forecast process for BPD Covid-19 response
* Drive the annual AOP and STRAP processes (calendar, modeling, communication, consolidation)
* Support CEO, CFO, Business units general managers and Sales VP on an ad hoc basis.
* Support division level initiatives, special projects, requests and ad-hoc financial analysis as required
* Lead and develop Sr. Financial Analyst, providing guidance, training, and mentorship.
* Liaise with Group FPA&A, Corporate FP&A and Systems teams to drive reporting integrity and accuracy.

Qualifications:

* Strong financial modeling, analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
* System and technical knowledge including data base management, SFDC and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
* Ability to establish credibility and indirectly influence others, building effective partnerships throughout the organization (e.g., internal customers, FP&A, senior leadership)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interpret and summarize financial analysis results in a clear, concise, accurate manner
* Desire to formulate and drive process improvements, with confidence to challenge the status quo
* Display maturity in dealing with highly confidential and sensitive financial information
* Foresight to anticipate implications of decisions (i.e., ability to proactively address problems)
* Bachelors degree in finance or related experience with in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Income Statement and Balance Sheet.
* 6+ years of relevant experience in a finance role with hands-on experience in providing financial analysis to drive key business decisions within the context of a matrix organization and/or corporate environment
