Job Description

As a Warehouse Distribution Representative I, you will perform a variety of distribution center activities related to one or more of the following processes: packing, shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, stock handling, storing, distribution and inventory support.

Position Type: Full-Time/Direct Hire
- This position is Tuesday through Saturday
- Tuesday thru Friday hours 9a-630pm (9hours)
- Saturday 10a-2pm (4 hours)
- Responsible for picking and shipping orders

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required

Principal Responsibilities

* Fulfills orders from stored inventory meeting customer requirements and inspection/testing processes.
* Ships orders within time commitments and completes all documentation
* Communicates with lead/supervisor regarding any fulfillment issues or problems.
* Receives, unpacks, and inspects incoming materials and product, and verifies against written orders.
* Returns defective materials.
* Ensures documentation such as packing lists, shipping labels, and other such documents are complete, accurate and processed appropriately.

* Work is performed under supervision and receives detailed instructions to perform tasks.
* Follows priorities provided to them for performing work. Interacts mostly with immediate peers within assigned work group.
* Limited interaction and information exchange with other internal departments or work groups may be required to perform role.
* Impact of decisions is typically contained within assigned work.

Qualifications, Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities and Working Conditions

Work Experience:

* 6-12 months of warehouse experience

Education and Certification(s):

* High School Diploma or equivalent

Distinguishing Characteristics:

* Basic PC knowledge
* Microsoft Excel and Outlook
* May require standing for prolonged periods of time and lift up to 50lbs.
* May require forklift certification during employment.
* May be required to meet specified visual acuity standards if completing final inspections.
* Overtime is available but voluntary.
