Overview

Reporting to the Director, Global Talent Acquisition, the Executive Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for identifying, attracting, assessing and acquiring external and internal talent for the corporations executive level searches. Operating as a trusted partner and valued advisor, this position will build a deep understanding of the various businesses, role requirements and desired candidate profiles to ensure a positive and successful client and candidate experience. The Executive Global Search Consultant will ensure that a diverse slate of candidates is being presented for each role. This role will manage the full recruitment process, utilizing the Global Shared Services support structure.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Candidate Generation & Development

* Develop creative strategic sourcing strategies utilizing social media, networking, pipelining and other sources. Must have a strong sourcing background.
* Develop, build and engage passive diverse candidates
* Keep abreast of industry trends, opportunities and talent insights

Client Relationships & Industry Knowledge

* Partner with executive leaders to develop a deep understanding of hiring needs to create and implement a client specific recruitment strategy, while providing consistent communications to all stakeholders
* Analyze hiring need, research and map the market to identify top talent
* Develop and maintain industry knowledge to include next gen talent profiles
* Continually provide insights and recommendations to executive leaders, including coaching of the hiring executives on behavioral/personality assessments as required

Candidate Process

* Review and interview internal and external candidates to ensure qualifications, shared values and overall experience is in alignment with the role.
* Maintain close connection with executive candidates throughout the process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
* Partner with executive leader to identify appropriate interview team, lead calibration meetings and manage process and changes as required.
* Partner closely with HR Coordinator to ensure smooth interviewing experience, adjust for any changes and ensure appropriate accommodations have been confirmed based on needs.
* Provide guidance and lead the offer negotiation process. Ensure that internal and market insights are evaluated and considered.
* Ensure exceptional onboarding experience by partnering with executive leader and support staff.

Insights, Metrics & Compliance

* Track and maintain candidate data and process through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
* Ensure compliance requirements, including background checks and references are met and are in alignment for each region by utilizing ATS and partnering with local HR Representatives.

Ensure a diverse slate of candidates are being presented for each role

Qualifications

Experience:

* 5 to 8+ years of end to end recruiting within a complex corporate environment or retained external search firm
* Experience in multi-region recruiting
* Ability to network and connect with executive level candidates and present to c-suite executives
* Ability to understand complex executive compensation packages
* Strong client facing capabilities and confidence necessary for working with executives
* Ability to quickly identify the profile of top candidates
* Multi-lingual a plus

Education & Certifications:

* Bachelors Degree preferred
* High School Graduate required
