Janssen Pulmonary Hypertension (PH), a Janssen Pharmaceutical Company of Johnson & Johnson, is recruiting for a Product Director, Patient Experience Marketing based in South San Francisco, CA. Remote candidates will be considered; up to 30% - 40% travel may be required.

Our portfolio of PAH treatments covers the spectrum of disease, from WHO Functional Class (FC) II through to FC IV, with oral, inhaled and intravenous medications.

This Product Director will be responsible for leading and executing end-to-end patient support programs that help patients stay on Janssen PH therapies after a clinical decision has been made. This role is critical to our Patient Marketing objectives to deepen our data and tech capabilities to enable 360 customer view, agile learning and deeper personalization across our patient support programs. The Product Director will report to the Group Product Director, Patient Experience Marketing.

Key Responsibilities :

* Develop innovative marketing strategies and data integration tactics in support to develop a seamless end to end personalized patient experience to help patients stay on their HCP ordered therapies
* Lead and partner across professional, market access, patient marketing teams, SCG Patient Access Support services and JJIT to integrate patient support programs and resources to develop a seamless end to end patient experience
* Advance the identification and implementation of new technologies that integrate with and enhance the PAH patient experience
* Lead Janssen CarePath PAH Companion Program operational efforts, driving program structure and execution responding to new learnings, and to addressing additional unmet patient and provider needs identified to help us expand patient support for patients on Janssen PH therapies
* Reassess program KPIs, measurement plans, and implement consistent tracking across all patient support programs/properties
* Build patient support program dashboards linking to program KPIs, measurement plans and program tracking
* Ensure proper metrics are set up, data is collected succinctly, data is converted into insights defining clear action plan to drive patient support program user experience enhancements to help patients stay on their HCP ordered therapies

Lead data integration initiatives, to expand data sources to for precision targeting/sequential messaging; optimize and develop logic for advanced Analytics; connect/unify data to produce single customer profiles; develop proactive personalization via automated marketing

Qualifications
* A Bachelors degree is required preferably in marketing; and MBA is preferred
* A minimum of 7 years of healthcare industry required
* Experience in customer experience and/or patient services and/or JJIT is strongly preferred
* Must be knowledgeable about pharmaceutical digital marketing and CRM channels
* Vendor management and process excellence experience is required
* Strong analytical skills with ability to connect data outputs and qualitative insights to strategic initiatives and operational enhancements is required
* Understanding of the healthcare industry, managed care, specialty pharmacy and/or reimbursement is required
* Must have demonstrated track record of leadership capabilities and ability to influence without authority
* Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and experience presenting to senior management is required. Must be able to work in a team environment and be patient/customer/market oriented
* Ability to problem-solve & able to work in ambiguous situations
* Understanding of the copy approval process

This position is located in South San Francisco, CA however remote candidates will be considered; up to 30% - 40% travel may be required.
