To assist Marketing/Sales Development Dept. meet its goals. Provide superior customer service to agent and dealer accounts. Take inbound calls/emails from agents and dealers, and quote/bind business. Primary business includes the Recreational market including Marine, Boat Dealers and RV's.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage dealer and agent relationship / servicing needs including, but not limited to:

1. Account Service

Handles requests from clients for quotes, binding, policy changes, underwriting information.

Establish and maintain a good business relationship with both clients and company personnel;

2. Marketing

Perform outbound calls/emails to dealer and agent base. Communicate sales efforts to the rest of the team for consistent message delivery.

3. Administrative

Prepare and issue binders, manage sales pipeline and track leads from respective dealers and agents

6. Ability to travel, occasionally overnight
