The Opportunity

Are you someone who stays up to date on the latest TikTok trends, has an interest in discovering brands & products on social platforms, and likes to identify trends? The Paid Social Intern has the unique opportunity to contribute to QVC & HSNs strategic planning of paid social campaigns. The successful Paid Social Intern should be a social-savvy, driven individual looking to expand their digital marketing knowledge through hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail environment. The Paid Social Intern is responsible for helping with flawless execution of digital media campaigns across paid social platforms, with a focus on Facebook/Instagram advertising. Its a truly exciting opportunity to develop skills in a fast paced, ever-evolving digital marketing channel.

Your Impact

* Help with planning and execution of paid social campaigns, inclusive of schedule management, creative, and budget allocations

* Utilize social advertising platforms to monitor performance and proactively make adjustments

* Analyze & understand campaign performance to optimize campaign to hit KPI goals

* Communicate optimization and campaign performance

* Work closely with ad operations team to ensure we are using new and effective formats

* Partner with internal teams to ensure social promotions are supporting key initiatives for the company

* Interpret social advertising & competitive research

* Apply audience and digital media insights to create relevant strategies

* Ongoing education and vendor discovery

* Stay on top of emerging technologies and trends

* Opportunity to learn & work with the display channel to further digital marketing knowledge

What You Bring

* Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university

* Must have completed 4 semesters of college coursework

* Firm understanding of the Internet landscape

* Strong analytical and creative skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines

* Experience with social platforms and landscape

* Energetic and passionate about emerging technologies

* Basic knowledge of online marketing

* Excellent oral and written communication skills

* Proficient with Word, Excel, Power Point and Access

* Professional corporate demeanor

* Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager & Tableau a plus
