Responsible for managing test equipment for Mobile SW Engineering teams. Work in distribution centers and manage inventory of test devices and publish reports that accurately outline quantities in stock. Use excel features such as Formulas (index, Match, Offset, Indirect), and Pivot tables to extract data from multiple sources.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or related field OR Associate's degree or equivalent with 2 years of relevant work experience OR High School diploma or equivalent with 4 years of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

* Manage multiple projects with limited guidance.
* Analyze data to ensure accuracy of requests, allocations and deliveries.
* Communicate project status, issues, and recommended mitigation plans
* Tool development using excel formulas, macros, power query.
* Possess good understanding of engineering language and acronyms.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and motivation skills.
* Flexibility to work on tight and variable timescales.
* Evidence of ability to apply critical thinking and interpersonal skills to practical situations.
* Ensure the asset management tool contains accurate state of distributed devices.
* Must function self-sufficiently with little direct supervision.
* Must be flexible, meticulous, and organized.

Education Requirements

* Required: Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or related field OR Associate's degree or equivalent with 2 years of relevant work experience OR High School diploma or equivalent with 4 years of relevant work experience.
* Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; or Masters Degree in Engineering.
