Primary Hours: 1st shift Weekends (Saturdays and Sundays 7AM 3PM); Coverage for all scheduled holidays, known vacancies such as (vacation coverage, OT coverage, travel coverage, LOAs, etc.); Flexibility as needed.

Position Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Accurately use Yard Inventory management using Yard of Dreams inventory system
* Daily drop trailer report management
* Bobtail tracking and management
* Trailer Retrieval from customers
* Track trailers movements in yard and drops
* Process rental trailers and coordinate trailer returns
* Monitor trailer utilization and equipment damages
* Interface with drivers, mechanics, hostlers, helping coordinators, and other internal and external customers and consumers
* Manage tractor assignments when needed
* Schedule deliveries and backhaul pickups as required
* Contact drivers to perform work as needed
* Serve as driver contact for on the road problems
* First step accident reporting process
* Serve as point of contact for drivers entering/exiting yard for service and security
* Provide drivers with all necessary administrative requirements for trips, directions, tolls...
* Complete Site Security procedures
* Sales contact of off hours load status
* Provide traffic & shipping with daily planning and execution reports
* Contact Sales on late runs
* Schedule Wegmans Backhauls
* Scorecards, billing support, load securement support
* Overtime required
* Back-fill support for other Traffic Center Admin positions/tasks
* Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements
* High school degree
* Computer: Spreadsheets, Windows Excel, Word, Internal Frito-Lay programs, all office equipment including multiple line phone systems
* Customer Service Experience
* Ability to work with constraints and deadlines with good customer service skills. Able to interact well with others.
* Multi-tasker
* Independent decision making, ability to work without supervision
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Must be flexible with other departments and schedules and backfill as needed
* Experience preferred
* Highly motivated individual with a proven track record of working successfully in a team environment
* Excellent Math Skills, troubleshooting, and problem solving
* Detail oriented/Self directed/Self motivated
* Engagement within Admin Team and other teams
Individual performance subject to 90 day performance evaluation
