Launch Vehicles is seeking an Administrative Assistant Level 4 to support senior leaders on restricted programs in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Key Responsibilities include:

bull; Manage and maintain leaders rsquo; calendars and schedules

bull; Schedule and manage multiple conference rooms

bull; Schedule meetings, track action items and coordinate technical reviews

bull; Ensure appropriate meeting preparations are made (coordination of call-in number, meeting materials, meals, etc.) for both internal and external meetings

bull; Screen and initiate phone calls

bull; Coordinate travel arrangements (both Domestic and International) and process expense reports

bull; Create accurate and concise correspondence, forms, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, etc

bull; Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, to include mail and email

bull; Compose responses to routine inquiries

bull; Assist in compiling weekly leadership status reports

bull; Interact with employees, leaders, and customers

Qualification

Basic Qualifications:

bull; High School Diploma and minimum 6 years administrative support experience

bull; Active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance

bull; U.S. Citizenship is required

bull; Strong written and verbal communications skills

bull; Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

bull; Ability to work on-site

Preferred Qualifications:

bull; Government contracting experience

bull; Aerospace or manufacturing environment experience
