Northrop Grumman is seeking a motivated professional to join our team as Principal Military Trainer ndash; Maneuver WIC. The location of this position is at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. The Principal Military Trainer ndash; Maneuver WIC will serve as a Maneuver Warfighting Function (WfF) subject matter expert and supports multifunctional area cell lead for a team of contractors supporting the Army rsquo;s Mission Command Training Program (MCTP). Trains military personnel on the Warfighter Simulation (WARSIM) and WfF specific simulation processes and procedures. Enforces realism of exercise through role playing and conflict adjudication and resolution. Supervise the work cell mission of translating training audience operations and plans in to simulation inputs/tasking rsquo;s and scripting requirements. Train and support work cell augmentees in reporting, role playing elements subordinate to the training audience. Ensure that the work cells WfF units/assets are simulated IAW current doctrine and unit SOP. Supports the After Action Review (AAR) process by communicating significant events using the Workstation Reporting System (WRS). Maintains awareness and understanding of current and emerging Army amp; Joint doctrine for Army Brigades, Divisions, and Corps. Works with the MCTP Observer/Coach/Trainers (O/C/T) toward a common understanding of Maneuver force structure. When required assists in pre-exercise planning by conducting site surveys and participating in planning conferences. When required assists in developing exercise plans, coordinating internal and external resources, monitoring planning progress and preparing contract deliverable items. Assists as required in the development of the simulation training Program of Instruction (POI). Maintains awareness and understanding of current and emerging Army amp; Joint doctrine for Army Brigades, Divisions, and Corps. Within ninety days complete phase one certification per NGTS Phase 1 POI.
Qualification
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor rsquo;s degree with 6 years of experience or Master rsquo;s Degree with 4 years rsquo; experience
* Minimum Military Education Level (MEL) 4 CGSC or Equivalent; graduate of a related Advance Course
* Familiar with current Army and Joint Doctrine
* Proficient with MS Office suite of software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access)
* Must currently possess an active DoD Secret Clearance

* Former Plans OCT
* Brigade or higher staff officer experience
