Work Hours/Shift:
Per Diem
You Will Be Responsible For:
* Provides hairstyling and grooming services adhering to the requests of residents and/or responsible parties
* Schedules residents for beautician services
* Performs tasks such as shampooing, hair cutting, styling, perms and wash and sets
* Maintains a clean and sanitized work area and salon in accordance with company and state regulations applicable to a Skilled Nursing Facility
* Safely stores salon supplies, chemicals and equipment
* Adheres to facility policy related to resident transfers and repositioning
Qualifications
What You Will Need:
* High school diploma
* Graduate of an accredited cosmetology program
* 1 year of prior experience as a beautician, hair stylist or barber
Job Summary:
Deliver grooming and beauty treatments to residents including hairstyling and hair cutting services.
