As a Sr BI Developer, youll be at the heart of PPG digital organization, empowering the product and marketing teams with actionable insights to reach their objectives and key results. This role offer an opportunity to work across diverse and strategic digital transformation initiatives in both customer experience and business operational areas. Relocation Assistance Available.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead stakeholder workshops to identify dashboard and report requirements
* Responsible for designing and building scalable data models, cleaning and transforming data, and enabling advanced analytic capabilities in power bi
* Provide meaningful business value through easy-to-comprehend data visualizations
* Translate complex reporting needs into technical specifications, including calculations, custom groups, parameters, filtering criteria, aggregations and strive to optimize the model performance
* Build data models, create the custom measures and dimensions using DAX that can operate on both cached datasets as well as analysis services
* Enrich report usability through bookmarks, custom tooltips, interactions between visuals, drill through and cross filter and design the reports for mobile devices
* Enable advanced analysis including outlier detection, data segmentations and articulate the key influencers for the change in the KPIs

Qualifications:

* 5+ Years hands on power bi or similar tool experience
* Proficiency with complex SQL development
* Strong business acumen and adaptability to partner with digital analysts and digital operations leaders
* Any ETL experience in design, mapping and configuration in a complex environment processing large volumes of data
* Experience with Digital analytics like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics etc.
