As Nike further accelerates our Consumer Direct Acceleration transforming our current landscape and building future platforms will be an integral part in unlocking business value and future marketplace strategies. This role, as part of EAP, will help lead Enterprise Architecture, working with EAP and other technology teams to implement Architectures in alignment with long term technology Strategies, Roadmaps and Vision. In addition, this role will partner other Global Technology Teams to provide the architectures that enable them and the business to have the agility, fast time-to-market, systemic -ilities, cloud scale and cost effectiveness they need to be successful.

As our, Sr. Director, Enterprise Architecture, you will be leading a team of domain, solution and foundational architects who lead strategic technological planning, define domain roadmaps, solution designs, foundational and cross-domain dependencies supporting our consumer-facing business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

* Works closely with engineering leadership, domain leadership, and chief business architect to develop domain roadmaps across functions.
* Owns development and implementation of architecture principles and technology standards across the Enterprise; ensuring architecture alignment across domains.
* Leads large (Cross) domain solution architecture initiatives.
* Leads and develops team of domain architects.
* Manages specific enterprise architecture budget.
* Provides expert technical advice to domain architecture team.
* Leads team to closely with domain SMEs and chief business architect to develop Domain roadmaps.
* Oversees domain solution architecture initiatives.
* Develops solution architecture approaches that are developed based on domain roadmaps, reference architectures and enterprise platforms.
* Provides expert technical advice to domain delivery teams.
* Leads (Cross) domain solution architecture initiatives
* Ensures architecture approaches are consistent and developed based on domain roadmaps, architecture patterns and enterprise platforms.
* Maintain awareness of vendor product and industry developments and trends and identify potential impacts to Enterprise Architecture.
* Lead and facilitate the creation of governing EA Principles that guide technology decision making for the Enterprise.

Qualifications

* Must have 10+ years experience in architect or senior engineering roles with enterprise-scale design responsibilities.
* Must have 7+ years experience in leading teams.
* Preferred 15+ years experience in hands on software engineering.
* Preferred large enterprise experience in a matrixed environment.
* Must have knowledge and/or experience with multiple technologies applied to consumer-facing and foundational technology at global scale.
* Must have an understanding of enterprise security and privacy requirements associated with the above technologies.
* Proven experience collaborating on the latest technologies with Engineers and Architects.
* Extensive background in working with business partners: Translating business needs into prioritized technology features and requirements.
* Proven track record of being results oriented with demonstrated ability to achieve aggressive goals
* Proven presentation, communication and facilitation skills.
* Experience with Agile software development methodology.
* Must excel working in team-oriented roles that rely on ability to collaborate with others and leading teams.
