Do you want to play a leading role in accelerating our Business Application portfolio with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform as part of a leading cloud business application provider? Are you passionate about business applications and have a strong background in the cloud services, product marketing, and cloud-centric go-to-market strategies? Microsoft is looking for a Senior Director of Product Marketing for its Business Applications Customer Experience (CXP) marketing team.

Microsoft develops and markets business applications and services that allow businesses to connect employees, customers, and suppliers for improved efficiency. Our Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Product Marketing teams focuses on growing revenue and share as well as generate customer excitement for business applications from Microsoft.

This Senior Director position will lead a team that focusses on driving programs focused on accelerating time-to-value of our SaaS business applications for our customers, through scalable discovery and onboarding programs to certification and learning strategies that fuels a highly skilled ecosystem. In addition, to further advance our differentiations and leverage the Microsoft hyper-cloud infrastructure, this team will focus on our datacenter and compliancy roadmap for business applications.

Working closely with our engineering and other marketing teams, these initiatives will have a global impact across Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. As a leader, this person also plays a key role in driving the overall business applications SaaS business and optimizing our go-to-market execution.

Provide leadership to a team of talented product marketers that focused on initiatives that accelerate the time to value of our SaaS solutions as well as improve our value proposition towards technical decision makers. Partner with program management to development both functional as well as data center & compliance roadmap for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Develop and execute offers and programs that help accelerate customers through their product discovery experience. Develop business application learning programs for the academic communities and align to Microsoft broader academic program.

Direct certification strategy supporting our business application portfolio and future roadmap.

Be an evangelist for the Dynamics 365 business, both to internal as well as external audiences

Track-record of world-class product marketing (10+ years) - including product marketing & product management roles in relevant business applications
Creating structure and definition around complex and/or ambiguous business problems
Consistent history of success in leading complex, cross-organizational initiatives, including working across different engineering organizations

Strong people manager and team builder. Fostering an environment where people can thrive, do their best work and feel appreciated and recognized.

Strong executive presence, cross-group collaboration and communication skills that drive influence among senior leaders across a matrixed organization.

The ability to work independently in ambiguous and changing environments, along with great listening and partnering skills.

An understanding of Microsoft's cloud computing technologies and go-to-market strategies. Competitive technologies also welcome.
