We are looking for a Principal Program Manager who brings the same passion of advocacy for our customers, commitment to a collaborative and supportive team, and drive to deliver the best for customers. We need someone who brings a strong track record as a product owner with user experience design and execution of shipping products.

* Work across several partner and internal stakeholders to define the strategy, roadmap, schedule, and execution across a portfolio of investments
* Deliver a balanced approach that is ambitious, appropriate, and achievable to help us reach our goals
* Focus on understanding our customers and business to ensure Outlook delivers the appropriate experience to meet customer needs
* Lead and execute throughout the entire iterative process from research, data analysis, concept evaluation, design and spec, implementation and flighting, and definition and measurement of impact
* Run multiple feature teams across multiple areas, including tight timelines and long-term planning for both highly exec visible and customer-facing areas

Required Qualifications:

* 8+ years of professional experience in Program or Product management
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related disciplines or equivalent combination of work plus education

Preferred qualification

* Deep passion for customers, design thinking, and technology
* Great communication and cross-team collaboration skills
* Proven experience developing and leading vision and strategy in an organization
* Work cross-functionally across partners including: data science, business and finance, marketing, research, design, and engineering
* Deals well with ambiguity, strong decision-making, conflict resolution, negotiation skills, and follow through
