The eCommerce Analyst role sits on the Demo/Sales team within our Marketing Department. This position is responsible for meeting with clients and sales reps to demonstrate our websites capabilities and overall benefits in an effort to increase ecommerce usage and transactions overall within our client base. In addition to client demos, the role is responsible for gathering client requirements, and then setting up the custom web portal. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate is charismatic, professional, and has crisp communication skills.
The E-Commerce Analyst is responsible for the following main areas of E-Commerce:
1. Meet with internal and external clients and vendors to present eCommerce offerings and gather detailed business requirements.
2. Translate complex business requirements into functional, actionable projects aligned to departmental and corporate strategies.
3. Understand the features/functions of Insights e-commerce solutions in order to troubleshoot challenges and setup/update customized solutions.
4. Work within a team environment to understand ongoing challenges and identify patterns and system improvements needed to enhance solutions.

* Understand website functionality directly and integration points to other systems
* Provide clear and professional communication to clients and sales teammates
* Directly contribute and be accountable to team goals and deliverables
* Self-starter who is motivated to learn, grow and expand knowledge in system integrations
* Understanding and willingness to create and maintain customized client websites through management tools
* The ability to seek and document site issues and identify opportunities for optimization when troubleshooting system solutions
* Lead discussions specific to e-commerce capabilities, benefits and solutions
* All other duties as assigned
What we want:
* Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university in a business or technical discipline. MBA or MS a strong plus. Two years experience working with an ERP system, preferably SAP. Four years in one or multiple functional business area(s), business analysis, requirements definition, project management, problem solving in a distribution/light manufacturing environment, preferably with an electronics reseller.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
* Strong and professional writing and communication skills
* Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business requirements, technical procedures and system to system process flows/integrations
* Ability to write reports and/or business requirements
* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers and other employees
* Strong understanding of technology industry, customer base and key industry triggers for scale, demand gen and customer engagement.
* Excellent time-management and organization skills, with attention to detail
* This individual is expected to demonstrate the following on a daily basis:
