Honeywell Building Solutions is actively recruiting for a Senior Proposal Manager to join our Proposal Center of Excellence (PCOE) in Duluth, Georgia. The Proposal Manager is a key contributor responsible for proposal management, development and coordination. This role will focus on creating compelling proposals with a persuasive one voice and articulating strategic, customer-focused solutions primarily for Federal government agencies but also will support the MUSH market.
Key Responsibilities

Leads proposal development activities, including preparation of matrices, outlines, schedules, and proposal kickoff briefings.
* Conducts research if needed on RFP technical/functional areas to gain better understanding of areas to be addressed.
* Collaborates with sales and engineering teams to develop effective win strategies, themes, and discriminators.
Develops firm qualifications, resumes and project profiles/case histories tailored to specific RFP requirements.
* Works with production specialist for the development of various proposal graphics.
* Conducts Color Reviews.
* Ensures writing is compliant with proposal criteria and instructions.
* Integrates review comments from multiple sources into the proposal and ensuring page count and consistency throughout proposal deliverable.
* Coordinates and ensure proposals are completed, produced and submitted on time.
* Ensures proposal closeout is completed and relevant information stored per PCoE guidelines
Mentors junior proposal staff.
* Able to work in a time-sensitive, fast-paced environment and meet all deadlines.
Performs other duties as assigned.
YOU MUST HAVE
* Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
* At least 8 years of federal proposal management, development, and coordination experience
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent team and communication skills.
* Highly developed word processing skills, especially with Microsoft Office products and working knowledge of desktop software (MS Teams, Word, InDesign, SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc.).
WE VALUE
* Understanding of federal proposal compliance, including experience analyzing solicitation instructions (Section L), evaluation criteria (Section M), as well as work statements (Section C).
* Experience using www.beta.SAM.gov and other federal procurement sites.
* APMP-certification.
* Flexible and open to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed timeframes.
