HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

* Programming analysis, design, coding and unit testing

* Hands on development in COBOL, JCL, CICS, CB2 and intacting with key stakeholders in engineering business impacting software
* Participating in UAT - User Acceptance testin

* Migrate code into production and contribute to develop the technology road map for the team both functionally and technically

* Production support, software upgrade and maintenance

* Work within a team focused on continuous integration, improvement and learning

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

* 5+ years of technical expertise on Mainframe COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS
* Bachelors degree / Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
* Comfort with standard SDLC tools, e.g. version control systems, diff-ing tools
* Experience in Financial Services/Capital Markets
* FTP, NDM knowledge a definite plus
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Highly motivated, committed and capable of working to timelines
* Experience guiding or leading more junior developers
