The GDIT National Assistance Center is seeking a Resource Manager to support this large, agile program to ensure hiring rate is aligned to business trajectory, and focus is on the right talent groups. This role is critical and relies on collaborating with GDIT Talent Acquisition and Security and other stakeholder functional areas to ensure the Program maintains sufficient staffing levels and to drive excellent candidate experiences through onboarding, badging, and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Collaborates with project/account management to assist in identifying current staffing needs and job requirements to ensure optimal coverage within budgets. Monitors current availability in assigned area. Determine approach to resourcing needs based upon current staff.
Continually monitor, assess and communicate issues and risks associated with staffing and meeting program staffing targets
Identify and execute appropriate communication and reports to meet stakeholder and senior leadership needs
Work with PMO, Recruiting, Provisioning and Security Teams to facilitate a seamless, coordinated onboarding experience for our new hires
Support PMO with all onboarding activities. Provide bi-weekly reports to high level stakeholders
Maintains appropriate systems and records to ensure adequate documentation of transactions. Prepares standard statistics and routine reports as required

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or equivalent years of experience
Minimum of 5 + years of administrative or coordination experience supporting C-Suite, Marketing, HR, or Recruiting Departments.
Prior experience supporting federal consulting organizations is preferred but not required.
Experience supporting cleared or non-cleared programs and initiatives for the federal government is preferred but not required.
Experience supporting organization wide initiatives under tight deadlines and budgets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
This position requires the ability to pass a background and credit check.
BA/BS, 5+ years experience
The likely salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
