PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Member of the PHI SAP IEE (Project COMET) project team who will help lead the integrations workstream. This includes supporting the day to day project needs for this workstream, understanding the business needs, assisting with documentation, ensuring quality through testing, and working with third parties as needed. The role also entails protecting and managing the movement of integration releases through the build, test, and production environments. The Sr Product Analyst ensures theres proper structure in place to allow the company to scale efficiently. Collaborate across teams as needed. Independence level: Works under the direction of a Manager or a Sr. Project Manager.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Work with other project team members to determine how to achieve team goals through a clear understanding of business needs and expected outcomes
* Lead and deliver integration solutions to meet expected business outcomes by; 1) assisting in planning work activities, 2) analyzing requirements, and 3) enhancing, maintaining or supporting existing products and processes to meet team goals and metrics
* Apply knowledge of key business unit processes, systems, and initiatives and maintains knowledge of industry and IT trends. Contribute to strategy development.
* Facilitate cross-department coordination of release management functions.
* Collaborate and communicate with Test Managers, Development Managers, IT Operations on daily basis to ensure task completion.
* Support engagement with business partners and other stakeholders; manage scope and expectations with stakeholders
* Implement continuous improvements associated with the project to support effortless customer experiences
* Develop and maintain technical capabilities within supporting discipline or function (including best practices)
* Review estimates of specific solutions to ensure time, cost and design meets the needs of the business.
* Participates in strategic product planning meetings for insight on risk, cost vs. benefit, impact

Qualifications
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/SPECIFICATIONS
* Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline and typically 5 to 10 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
* Appropriate technical skills in web services and associated integrations to mainframe applications.
* Strong knowledge of business practices and processes in Azure DevOps.
* Experience leading and managing IT projects or sub-teams and knowledge of IT project management.
* Strong judgment and excellent analytical ability.
* Experience with process development.
* Excellent communications skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of IT and business management and with vendors.
* Experience with both waterfall and agile delivery methods desired. Collaborate with developers, project managers, and test engineers
Preferred:
* Familiarity/strong interest in Project Management methodologies
* Change Management Training or Certification
Tools: Microsoft Teams, Azure, Integration concepts
