PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Develops pricing strategies to meet customers needs while providing a profit for the organization
* Determines core business costs of service in support of pricing development.
* Designs, implements and maintains pricing infrastructures.
* Evaluates effectiveness of pricing strategies and modifies pricing structures as needed.
* Provides reporting and documentation of pricing structures and serves as the point-of-contact for pricing inquiries from internal sales department.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelors Degree in business related field of study or equivalent experience
* 3-5 years experience with pricing strategies and pricing infrastructures
* Highly proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email and the Internet
* Proficiency with query building tools within applications
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to function in a team environment and to maintain rapport with employees and customers.
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving, and independent decision-making
* Ability to prioritize and manage several different tasks simultaneously
* Flexibility on the job and the ability to work under multiple, daily deadlines
* Travel as required by customers and businesses needs.
* Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and e-mails. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from supervisors, colleagues, and customers.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information at all times
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* 3-5 years of regulated and/or deregulated energy industry experience
* Specific experience in marketing, sales, or operations
* CRM management experience
