POSITION SUMMARY: The Associate will drive consistency of messaging, assets and marketing content on our Global Online channels (including Retailer & Brand.com)
Reporting to the Manager of Site Operations & brand.com; this position will also have the opportunity to work across various teams (both brand.com and retailer.com), various 3rd party email vendors and across internal cross-functional teams.

ONLINE
* Work on continuous improvement of site assets, merchandising, copy and relevant updates, to ensure Brand consistency across global channels.
* Work closely with Content strategy Manager and copy writer to adjust email copy and design based on feedback from Online team
* Coordinate with Global team and Content Manager to ensure timely and proper handoff of assets to regional and retailer teams
* Attend vendor and agencies weekly meeting to ensure agenda points are addressed and recording issues for further following up.
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Support the Global Retailer.com team for both Smashbox & GLAMGLOW on concepting, briefing and submitting asset/photography requests to CCH, managing CCH to the necessary delivery deadlines and delivering said assets/photography to the retail partner on time and in the proper spec/file format.
This includes but is not limited to: providing CCH with the products/promotional vehicles and original Brand creative with which to work. Leverage Creativity and Innovation by consistently evaluating the competition and collaborating with the CCH team to ensure best in class assets are briefed, routed on time, delivered on time and released to the retailer on time.
* * New Collection Assets: review collection assets as received from Brand and/or CCH, upload assets and update the New Product Worksheet for Retailers.
* Routinely audit and QA retailer sites for accuracy in all product launches, marketing, online promotions, retailer exclusives and event merchandising
* Category deep dives on products that cover competitive brands, pricing, product assortment, marketing support, and promotional activity across key retailers
* Monitor and share out competitor activity to the cross functional team, especially during critical periods of time and retailer moments (i.e. Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Ulta 21 Days of Beauty,etc.)
* Gather necessary product information to Build retailer-specific new product information forms for all new launches, collections, value sets, etc. This will evolve to overseeing a new web-based PIM Tool for all retail.com partners.
* Work on one-off requests from our retailers with our creative team
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
* Position requires minimum of 2+ year experience in the retailer, online marketing or ecommerce area. College degree required.
* Extremely detail-oriented, highly organized, superb project management skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Strong sense of creativity and enthusiasm for beauty industry
* Eager to learn and take on new opportunities as they arise
* Ability to independently problem solve and trouble shoot
* Highly proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
