DISH Wireless is looking for an Asset Data Management Senior Manager in Littleton, CO who will build and develop a high caliber team responsible for designing, managing, and maintaining all systems and asset data resources of the network build. The role provides value to the business by creating the standards and guidance and following up on execution during the construction phase along with spearheading the required data validation processes. The Senior Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, resourcing, communicating, executing, and controlling data management activities:

In addition to the above, some key responsibilities of the Senior Manager Asset Data Management include

* Responsible for Data Intake and Asset Pre-Qual Database
* Update and maintain Asset management portfolio updates and conversations with Tower companies, asset ownership & management companies
* Support Market teams on Site Candidate reviews
* Serve as a subject matter expert to the leadership team on all things related to DISH's tower, alternate structure, rooftop assets and potential asset partners
* Manage the Space reservation process, in alignment with the Vendor Management team, with the assess partners
* Create strategic framework of data management related to tower assets including standards and best practices
* Create tool and system requirements for development teams related to real estate data to support deployment
* Provide development and training to develop team members to support Pre-Qual/Asset Management
* Support analysis requests collaborating with the RF, GIS and other key stakeholders

Qualifications

* Minimum 8+ years of work experience in wireless site development or similar data management experience in real estate development or telecommunications/technology deployment activities
* Experienced in managing and motivating teams of employees with multiple functional competencies
* Highly developed oral and written communication/people skills
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Accustomed to managing cell site deployments, launch environment experience ideal
* Built and maintained relationships with large national Asset vendors
* Able to create and present executive level presentations summarizing the status of programs
* Able to manage and interpret large amount of data and assess opportunities and communicate risk and suggest mitigation strategy

Compensation: $99,900.00/Yr. - $138,450.00/Yr.
