Job Description
This role manages agency management operations for creative agencies in assigned brands, segments and/or geographies. It supports negotiation of contracts with creative, supports partnerships with agencies to ensure alignment with company strategies, and manages agency investment by optimizing productivity and ensuring return on investment. This individual will manage teams with focus on policy and strategy implementation and control rather than development.
KEY WORKING PARAMETERS
Focus, Scope, & Impact:
* Externally focused, leading the scouting of potential new agency partners, having a thorough understanding of where top talent lies including but not limited to shopper, media, digital, design and production houses
* Passionate about the creative and communications space with knowledge of the campaign development process in order to effectively champion balance of producing world class communications programs while driving efficiencies
* Key point of contact for agency partners, serving as a brand ambassador and advisor
* Works with Integrated Marketing Experience (IMX) in all agency pitches, leading the process in line with global guidelines
* Ensures that the OU is following all the companys procedures related to agency hiring, including the development of timely and accurate MSAs and SOWs
* Provides input to Platform Services (PS) in all fee negotiations, considering the global deals and the OU IBX feedback
* Supports PS in all the auditing processes involving agency operations
* Leads the localization of all global guidelines and protocols related to agency management
* Leads the assessment, evaluation and P4P processes of The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) agencies
KEY SUCCESS PARAMETERS
Experience
* 10 or more years of experience in project management and agency operations
* Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred
* Experience working in agencies is preferred

* Ability to form strong and trusted relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, inclusive of the agency community
* Ability to orchestrate multiple stakeholders ensuring that TCCC is working with best-in-class agencies
* Ability to operationalize multiple projects, ensuring that TCCC is following all the rules related to hiring, paying and assessing its agencies
* Ability to work with multiple areas, balancing their local needs with global and scaled solutions
Communication Focus
* The role communicates internally across OU Mkt (higher focus with IMX), the global Marketing community and Platform services
* The role influences and aligns senior leaders across the OU, to adopt, support and follow the elements outlined in the scope of the role.
* The role is also responsible for influencing and sharing information and practices across the global Marketing community.
* The role is a key representative for the NAOU in the Agency community
