The Engineering Project Team Leader position in PSLD Maintenance Components is an exciting opportunity to be part of the most significant elements to grow Caterpillar services to $28B. As an Engineering Project Team Leader in the Seals, Tubes & Hardware organization, you will lead key growth initiative projects to grow aftermarket sales. You will manage the planning and delivery of projects, collaborate with key partner organizations and stakeholders across the enterprise, continually learn and stay abreast of innovative technology and customer needs, mentor and coach enterprise team members, and deepen your professional network.
Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
* Lead Aftermarket Growth Guide process and initiatives for Seals, Tubes & Hardware components
* Lead intellectual property development projects for Seals, Tubes and Hardware components
* Provide technical guidance on needs analysis and initiate ideas
* Communicate results to global customers, suppliers, team members, and other business units
* Coach global teams in the design of components and processes, to support aftermarket growth goals
* Complete projects on time and on cost
* Acknowledge and raise customers and managements awareness of trade-offs between time, resources and quality.
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree (or international equivalent) from an accredited university
* 8+ years of relevant work experience
* Proven team leadership skills
* Extensive project leadership experience

* Excellent interpersonal skills are required in order to persuade others inside and outside of the organization to take specific actions
