WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities

As a Global Product & Technology intern, you will work with our tech team on a variety of projects and assignments in the areas of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and other technical disciplines. Whether you want real-world experience with programming, scripting, coding, designing, mainframe, hardware or troubleshooting, we have opportunities to gain experience in the following areas:

* Work with our world-class computer scientists and engineers on project based assignments to build the next generation of ADP's innovative products
* Network with GPT leaders and associates who will guide and support you as you enhance your skills and gain experience and an overall understanding of the business
* Gain real-world experience with today's leading technologies in programming, scripting, designing, or web development

EXPERIENCE YOU'LL NEED: Required Qualifications

* Completed at least 3 years of a 4 - year bachelor's degree program
* Spring 2022 graduate (rising senior)
* Completing a bachelor's or graduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent area of study
* Knowledge in programming and scripting languages such as Java, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Python
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Critical thinking and an analytical mindset

BONUS POINTS FOR THESE: Preferred Qualifications

* GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
* Familiarity with Spring Boot, React, Node.js and Angular
* Understanding of server, database, and storage technologies
* Knowledge of Linux and/or Windows based operating systems
* Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Exhibits leadership skills and works well in a collaborative environment
* Proactive, can-do attitude and a desire to learn
* Ability to recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information
* Proficient with computer applications and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
