Your work will help millions of customers find the answers they need, when and where they need them. Youll be challenged to wear several hats: writer, editor, creative problem solver, user advocate, and data analyst. We need someone who approaches problems with creativity, curiosity, and an analytical perspective. Someone who can build consensus, learn quickly, meet tight deadlines, think globally, and collaborate cross-functionally, all while keeping a cool head and positive attitude. * Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
* 5-10 years of experience writing user-focused content (technical writing is a plus)
* Experience crafting content plans and using data to make decisions
* Ability to prioritize multiple tasks for several projects at the same time, often on short timelines
* Understanding of basic usability principles
* Experience writing content for desktop, mobile, and other apps and channels (experience with single-source content/CMS is a plus)

What you'll do: - Plan and write support content thats easy to find, use, and understand - Work closely with SEO leads, project managers, designers, and partners from engineering, product marketing, and legal teams - Think critically about the content you build: How content fits together, how customers will use it, when theyll need it, and how theyll find it - Identify content gaps and propose logical ways to fill them based on data - Synthesize content requests and data from multiple sources into cohesive content plans - Review content plans, progress, and results with partners and senior managers - Track important metrics to measure content efficiency and optimize/improve content as needed

- Bachelor's degree in technical communication, writing/composition, or similar field (Master's degree in technical communication preferred) - 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years with a Master's degree
