Head of Consumer Insights & Marketing Analytics - Consumer Bank

Capital One is investing heavily in a marketing-led strategy to build a leading national bank. As part of this growth strategy, we are transforming our marketing function to operate based on the most advanced marketing capabilities and practices found not only in banking but across all industries. We are searching for a Head of Consumer Insights and Marketing Analytics to lead a key part of our marketing organization and to contribute to our growth and transformation. This role reports to the divisions CMO and is part of the Marketing Leadership Team.

As Head of Consumer Insights and Marketing Analytics, you will be responsible for leading a team of about 30 associates, plus several dotted-line associates. The role includes overseeing several pieces of mission-critical work for our marketing organization:

* Managing and allocating our divisions marketing budget
* Developing advanced marketing measurement capabilities, including our suite of Marketing Mix Models and Multi-Touch Attribution models
* Overseeing Consumer Insights and customer experience strategy for the division
* Contributing to development of our long-term marketing strategy
* Influencing division-wide strategy across product and marketing

Responsibilities:
Develop strategic frameworks to frame business problems
Generate hypotheses to drive insight
Manage analytical work; provide analytical support to senior leaders
Present strategic recommendations to senior executives
Lead and manage team
Level: Senior Director

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in any quantitative field (business, math, economics, finance, statistics, science, engineering)
At least 2 years of experience in People management
At least 2 years of experience in Strategic consulting
At least 2 years of experience in Quantitative analysis
At least 2 years of experience in Business development

Preferred Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Engineering, Management or Finance
5 years of experience in People management
