Zions Bancorporation has just opened an opportunity for Manager, Third Party Risk Management on our Finance team located within the United States. Position can be located anywhere in the US with travel to Utah as needed.

Ideal candidates will have the skills and experience necessary to:

* Manages the end to end Third Party/Vendor Risk Management Program.
* Responsible for ensuring the program supports regulatory expectations, aligns with the company's risk appetite framework and is appropriately supported across the organization.
* Manages and directs the end to end risk management processes and methodologies for the Third-Party Management Program.
* Responsible for the development, evaluation and implementation of third party risk management systems and establish consistent processes that comply with regulatory requirements and business needs.
* Responsible for Third Party risk reporting and monitoring of key risk metrics.
* Responsible for managing teams that performs the first line of defense risk screening and due diligence assessment in accordance with regulatory and industry standards for Onboarding services and assessing risk across new and existing third parties.
* Develop processes to identify, mitigate and regularly track third party risk related to the company.
* Works directly with internal auditors, operational risk and compliance representatives as required for issue resolution.
* Interfaces with and serves as the liaison to corporate and business partners for risk matters related to vendors.
* Develops and implements processes, performance measurements, controls and reporting to facilitate efficient and effective management of third party risk analysis and documentation.
* Creates project plans and drives execution through completion.
* Maintain a roadmap of process improvements and enhancement recommendations to strengthen the programs risk management practices and create process efficiencies.
* Responsible for providing guidance, training and facilitation to business lines.
* Stays abreast of best practices, regulatory, and industry standards.
* Develop goals based on established objectives and is responsible for budget, staffing, development and performance of team employees. Responsible to hire and conduct performance reviews.
* Other duties as assigned.

What you need to bring to the table:

* Expert knowledge of third party risk assessment management, regulatory requirements and reporting, preferably in the banking/financial industry.
* Working knowledge of Banking Regulations (OCC, FDIC,FRB).
* Excellent project management, problem solving and third party relationship management skills.
* Strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written, with business units, subject matter experts, senior management and regulators.
* Excellent strategic thinking ability and demonstrated business acumen.
* Must be results oriented and a self-starter with ability to drive and support complex issues through analysis and resolution.
* Able to assess information objectively and make sound decisions based on operational and financial data.
* Excellent management and leadership skills. Able to set and maintain high quality work standards.
* Able to organize, coordinate, track and manage complex tasks.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
* Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting/Finance or a related field
* 8+ years policy and program development and management, third party risk management, testing, vendor contracts and governance, compliance, business process and organizational design or other related experience.
* Management experience required.
* Experience in change management and/or managed service solution design and implementation a plus.
* A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications

Pay range depending on experience $163,000 to $175,000

Bonus Eligible plus Incentive Plan
