Global Talent Acquisition is looking for a Sales Recruitment Lead to join our team and support our Corporate and Business Functions. The Recruiter will be responsible for executing the end-to-end hiring process at AXP, while ensuring outstanding candidate and Hiring Leader experience. You will screen, assess, interview, and lead the offer process in order to acquire the best quality candidates with the greatest speed. You will be a talent champion who can actively stay connected to an active pipeline of candidates, maintain long-term candidate relationships and energetically sell the role and the American Express brand. Responsibilities:
* Proactively support our broader Sales recruitment strategy to help ensure delivery of qualified and diverse talent
* Lead and own posting, screening, assessment, interview, offer and disposition process activities for the regional/functional segment, ensuring outstanding candidate experience
* Work with Hiring Leaders to understand the business, meet hiring volumes and headcount goals, gathers key input for candidate slates and provide feedback on candidates and influences hiring decisions
* Communicate proactively and in a timely manner with candidates, providing details on the selection process and Hiring Leader feedback
* Use market intelligence and industry trends to develop, execute and assess online candidate search campaigns using a variety of internet search engines as a delivery vehicle to identify relevant prospects and produce quality candidates
* Help ensure company follows laws and regulations as it relates to online sourcing, recruiting and hiring practices
* Report on effective recruiting trends and make recommendations based on recruiting data
Minimum Qualifications
* A minimum of four years of full lifecycle, sales recruiting or related experience; preferably within financial services or similar environment
* Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
* Experience with recruitment tools, technologies, and platforms such as Taleo, Eightfold, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireVue and/or others preferred
* Ability to build positive relationships and collaborate with hiring leaders and candidates in an engaging and persuasive manner
* Experience working in a compliance driven organization preferred
