Senior Salesforce Application Developer is a thought leader responsible for leading our Salesforce Platform for Medicare Sales Business.
Responsible for technology planning, estimation, resource management, and providing day-to-day technical/managerial leadership across a spectrum of capabilities in the Sales area. Should leverage proven leadership skills to manage a team of technical vendor resources maintaining applications central to the operations of CVS Health.
Additional Responsibilities include:
Leads strategic decision making, influences change, and drives results.
Demonstrates sharp focus on platform stability, quality of service, continuous improvement, and risk mitigation. The ideal candidate can influence behavior to achieve the right outcomes to support the business.
Partners with technology & business teams, and relevant cross functional representatives to ensure initiatives adhere to and deliver within the waterfall / Scrum / Agile model.
All solutions and capabilities are to be built with a high degree of quality together with a robust security and enterprise-first mindset.
Works with Agile / Scrum / waterfall development teams with representatives from multiple cross-functional areas: Product, Project, Development, UX, QA, etc. and own/influence overall engineering capabilities in his/her assigned area of responsibility
Establishes and nurturing critical relationships with engineering and product stakeholders and work/deliver in a team-first and collaborative manner.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Application development management including the following:
- 4+ years working with Salesforce.com and other CRM Ecosystem technologies
- Experience working in a Waterfall / Scrum /Agile delivery model
- Experience articulating and communicating complex issues and solutions in a simple and logical manner
- Experience with managing and monitoring onsite/offshore technical teams.
- Experience cultivating relationships.

Preferred Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 3- 5 years of prior relevant experience, in Medicare Sales.
Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
Strong analytic skills and solid business acumen.
Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
Must have a working knowledge of computers in a Windows/Microsoft Office environment, including Word, Excel and Power Point.

Education
A Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent degree in Computer Science.
