Reporting to the SVP of Human Resources,Caremark, the Senior Director, Human Resources (HR) Solutions Delivery, will develop HR operational strategies and interventions that improve results in the PBM, Office of the Customer, Transformation and Strategy organizations.
In collaboration with the SVP, HR Caremark and the HR Leadership team, you will implement our talent strategies, ensure our management processes support implementation of HR priorities, and assist HR leadership in solving business issues and furthering our strategies by effective use of HR and business data.
You will lead HR support for essential multi-business unit initiatives and special projects in collaboration with HR COEs, including Labor Relations, Talent Management, Legal, and Compensation.
You will establish deep cross-functional relationships throughout Shared Services, our operations and finance teams, and HR to ensure human capital solutions and initiatives are effectively designed and implemented.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate the appropriate HR support for the designated organizations to manage key multi-business unit initiatives, such as enterprise modernization, finance/HR shared projects, Where We Work, and URAC accreditation.
Ensure effectiveness of the HR operations by analyzing reporting and performing diagnostic assessments to identify and assess complex problems and provide sustainable solutions.
Ensure execution on our talent processes across multiple organizations
Support inter-and-intra HR collaboration efforts by managing alignment and multi-business HR initiatives, projects and programs.
Organize and manage the PBM talent rotation programs
Lead HR special projects (i.e. process innovation, coordination with COEs on new roll-outs) with COEs (i.e. Labor Relations, HR Compliance, TA, Change Management, Compensation, Engagement, HR Analytics and Reporting).
Coordinate, drive planning, execution and implementation of HR cross-functional, high impact projects
Serve as PBM and PBM HR SME on HR and COE task forces, standing committees (i.e., compliance) and projects, providing the POV of our multiple organizations and HR.
Contribute to the design, development, modification, and implementation of HR transformation solutions and HR Strategy.

Required Qualifications
5-10 years Human resources experience or equivalent in another similar field
