Job Summary
AECOM Tishman is seeking a Construction Project Management Director to be located in Seattle, WA.
The responsibilities are but not limited to:
* Complete accountability and direction for entire project, from pre-construction phase to completion and is the primary liaison between AECOM and client interface.
* Accountable for all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule.
* Overall responsibility and management of project including but not limited to pre-construction budgeting/schedule stage, procurement, through contract closeout.
* Position has primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project.

* Since 1898, AECOM Tishman has managed the construction of some of the worlds most iconic buildings. We employ a diversified preconstruction and construction management staff of structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineers; architects; technology specialists; scheduling and cost control personnel; and construction estimators and accountants. We provide expert consultation and guidance in all phases of a building project, from master-planning, preconstruction options evaluation and decision-making, to design review, estimating, and scheduling, through procurement, construction and occupancy. AECOM Tishmans staff manages all consultants and contractors on a project, representing client interests throughout the project cycle. In total, AECOM Tishman has built more than 900 million square feet including the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere, One World Trade Center in New York.
Minimum Requirements
BA/BS + 12 years of construction management experience with special focus on critical MEP systems and Data Centers or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education including 4 years of leadership
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with other large general contractors
* Knowledge of Data centers-operations including design assist, value engineering, procurement, budgeting, scheduling and implementation of large data centers. With special focus on working in live data centers
* Previous management experience
