Position Summary
The District Supervisor primary responsibilities will be to oversee facility operations and maintenance for several facilities in several building locations.
Position Responsibilities
Will collaborate the planning and directing of all on-site facilities operations staff and contracted services engaged in management and maintaining facilities.
Ensure alignment of facility management priorities.
Perform complex and specialized work associated with building maintenance and facility management services including procurement, contracting, grounds management and maintenance services for contract at designated locations.
Implementing strategic operational plans consistent plans with codes, regulations guidelines and industry standard practices.
Ensure effective and efficient implementation of the contract requirements down to the individual job and facility level.
Establish and maintains productive working relationships with those contacted during the work.
Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
Minimum Requirements
Three (3) years of professional building/facility management and including a minimum of three years of increasing responsibility in facility management with oversite experience.
A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
Good communication skills both written and verbal.
Knowledge of MS office including word, excel and powerpoint.
Proven ability to manage various levels of staff.
