As Employee Development Consultant Sr., you will build and implement employee development framework and programming across the enterprise. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute on Williams strategy to attract, retain, and develop the best talent in the industry. Exceptional project and program management skills with the ability to organize and execute within a matrix organization structure are keys to success.

Responsibilities/Expectations:

* Develops and facilitates training and development for employees and leaders
* Manages employee life cycle programming, including but not limited to leadership development and high potential programs
* Collaborates with key HR and business stakeholders to maintain and deliver an enterprise learning and development strategy and associated content
* Collaborates with business leaders, HRBPs, and Organizational Development to craft, revise and facilitate new and evolving employee development initiatives
* Identifies, recommends, and implements program enhancements or process improvements and manages vendor relationships and systems
* Other duties as assigned

Education/Years of Experience:

* Required: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Psychology or related discipline and a minimum of seven (7) years human resource experience, demonstrating a breadth of knowledge and practical application
* Preferred: Masters degree in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Psychology or related discipline

Other Requirements:

* Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
* Needs proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
* Demonstrates ability to build relationships and effectively consult and partner with leaders and HR colleagues at various levels across the organization
* Experience in organizational development and/or large-scale strategic employee development initiatives
* Demonstrates strong consultative skills and ability to effectively facilitate groups

General Compensation Information:

This role will be eligible for an Annual Incentive Program (AIP) payment. AIP payments are discretionary compensation based on business performance in relation to enterprise goals, the incentive opportunity for the role, and individual performance. Certain roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive awards.

This role will generally be eligible to participate in the benefits offered to similarly-situated employees of Williams.
