The Role
JLLs Global Product Management group is seeking a versatile Product Lead to support the Product Manager in developing and enhancing the Workplace Experience products. This functional product management role will play an integral part in developing and executing upon the strategy for a multi-million product family within a broader product group.

What this job involves:

This position requires a talented individual whose skillset balances a customer obsessed and analytical mindset and someone who can easily flex between strategic and tactical work at a moments notice.

This individual will:

* Work closely with the Product Manager to develop and deliver against product specifications

* Manage timeline of deliverables by product

* Make recommendations for new, innovative operating models for efficiency of workflow

* Remain current on industry technology trends in market

* Works closely with cross functional teams

* Thinks critically about data and how to leverage it for the benefit of the product

* Maintains all documentation related to the creation and delivery of products

* Partners to ensure all support functions are aligned on timeline and resources to deliver

* Successfully communicates all aspects of the project management workflow

* Manages the requirements for collateral for each product

* Ensures industry events are represented as determined by product managers

The Requirements

Ideal candidate should have:

* 5 years in product management or supporting a product management process

* BA/BS preferred

* Expertise in corporate hospitality, food services, event management, workplace / employee experience, soft services, &/or corporate real estate with a focus on human centered design

* Experience working on global projects across a matrixed environment

* Entrepreneurial drive and ability to work at a fast pace

* Strategic thinker with an emphasis on business strategy and the ability to identify solutions to business challenges

* Achiever mentality independent, self-performer with the ability to rapidly complete project initiatives and attain a multitude of team goals simultaneously and autonomously

* Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to work despite unknowns

* Strong project management capabilities with demonstrated experience in driving a host of initiatives at once, managing budgets, team resources and project timetables

* Articulate and effective communicator, comfortable presenting to large groups and senior executives

* Proven ability to connect with customers and users to identify needs and translate to differentiated products and offerings that provide competitive differentiation

* A passion for creative thinking, innovation and pushing the envelope

* Strong experience with data management, especially to drive accuracy and inform senior leaders for decision making purposes

* Ability to cut down the complexity and work towards a simple solution and fast approach

* Experience working in autonomous role
